the next chapter
Life goes where attention flows ~
yet how do I always manage to have attention for the things I do not so much like, the things I fear, the things that worry me ??
If I could learn to master my range of attention, wouldn't I get exactly what I want instead of the thing I fear or do not want ?
Maybe it's all just about acceptance - the who-I-am at this very moment in my Life ~
a howling Wolf perhaps ...
